A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites, first come/first served.  The rooms in this block are now available to attendees at a special, discounted rate, equivalent to the US government per diem rate.

The current daily rates are $159 plus taxes and parking fees ($9/night).

All attendees must make their own reservations.  To do so, attendees may: 

(1) Call the Hotel reservations department at +1-813-977-7066 (available 24 hours/day) and state that the reservation should be made under the “Ferro2019” room block in order to receive the group rate;

OR

(2) Book on line using the following link: Fundamental Physics of Ferroelectrics Workshop or Ferro2019 .Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid cancellation charges (equal to one night’s room plus tax).

NOTE:  After December 1, 2018, rooms will be released from the block.
