A block of rooms has been reserved at the Colonial Williamsburg Woodlands.  The rooms in this block are now available to attendees at a special, discounted rate that includes breakfast. 

The daily rates are $91 now for single or double occupancy.  Rooms must be reserved by December 16!!

All attendees must make their own reservations.  Reservations may be made online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/43252 .  Alternatively, you may call  800-261-9530 to make reservations. The conference reservations office is open Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00.  Please use the Booking ID 43252 when calling.

Any cancellations must be received by the Hotel by 5 pm local Hotel time at least three business (3) days prior to reserved date of arrival.
